Twelve miles into the Wind River Range with a flask, a camera and a question.
Episode one drops a guest into a place he's never been. Ben Diedrich joins Nate outside a remote Wyoming mountain town for bad roads, wrong turns and one long walk up to a view that earns every step. By mile six the boots are wet and the questions get harder. At the top, the flask comes out and so do the answers.
There's off-roading. There's wildlife nobody invited. And there's the first official Wilder Heart mishap, which Ben handles like a good sport and now wears like a badge.
